PN532 is a highly integrated transceiver module, the kernel based on 80 c51 micro controller, which can realize the contactless communication when the 13.56 MHz. Support the work of six different modes:

ISO/IEC 14443 a/MIFARE read/write mode

Get its FeliCa read/write mode

ISO/IEC 14443 b read/write mode

ISO/IEC 14443 a/MIFARE card MIFARE Classic 1 k or 4 k MIFARE Classic card simulation model

Get its FeliCa card simulation model

ISO/IEC 18092, ECMA 340 peer mode

PN532 USES the demodulator and decoder, processing from the ISO/IEC 14443 a/compatible MIFARE card and launch the transponder signal. PN532 able to complete the ISO/IEC 14443 a frame and error detection (parity and CRC).

PN532 support MIFARE Classic 1 k or 4 k MIFARE Classic card simulation model. PN532 support two-way transmission rate is as high as 424 kbit/s MIFARE more contactless communication at a high speed.
